Matt Cain's 2010 postseason- 3 starts, 2 wins, 21.1 innings, 0.00 ERA, 0.94 WHIP. DAMN!!!
Matt Cain is overshadowed by The Freak in San Francisco, but the 25 year old righthander is a very good pitcher in his own right. He doesn't receive much accolades because of his win-loss record (67-62), but that due to lack or run support because he boasts a solid ERA of 3.45. Cain is starting to garner attention though in the playoffs because he has yet to allow an earned run. This dominance over some of the best teams in baseball is remarkable, and he's finally getting the attention he deserves.
