Here's a story too good to be fake!At the Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in the esteemed city of Boston, a revolutionary new program has been born (literally).
For every child born at BIDMC, they will be automatically baptized as Red Sox Babies!
From the hospital's own website:
Families of every baby delivered at BIDMC will receive a baby cap and a canvas bag donned with the BIDMC and the Red Sox logos. In addition, your newborn will receive a certificate for a free tour for four of Fenway Park redeemable upon their fifth birthday. This exciting program keeps adding more and more tiny fans to Red Sox Nation. Help to keep the spirit alive and have a Red Sox baby at BIDMC!
While it is a creative marketing move, woe be to displaced Yankee fans! Or anyone who is not a Red Sox fan but happen to live in the Boston vicinity...
Your thoughts, parents? Would you want your children automatically baptized into whatever local baseball team fanbase?

Me hate both the Saux and Jankees.
I'm none too fond of the AL East either(particularly, New England and the upper East Coast), but when I saw this article, I had to post it here!
