It's not his fault he's being paid a ludicrous amount of money, point the finger of blame at the Royals GM. Guillen may be struggling to produce, but he gets respect points in my book for laying it out there and being completely honest. It's refreshing to hear an athlete speak the truth like that. Adam Eaton, Jason Schmidt, and some others would be much more likable should the do the same. Also, just imagine if Jose did go and buy a bunch of tickets for 1 game for the fans. i agree-there's no way jose guillen would buy every fan a ticket. but at least he's honest about saying that he sucks
I heard that Guillen is buying a series of 35 tickets for each remaining home game for underprivledged kids. Good seats too.
If that is true, I give much respect to Guillen (Jose, not Ozzie).
