The name Butch Huskey is an all-time baseball classic. It either makes you think of the behemoth slugger or a mannish lesbian. Turns out the Butch Huskey I speak of was the prior, standing 6'3" and weighing 245 pounds...that's one scary ass carpet-muncher otherwise. Butch played parts of 7 seasons (1993-2000) mostly with the New York Mets, but also put in time with the Seattle Mariners, Boston Red Sox, Colorado Rockies, and Minnesota Twins while manning the corner infield and outfield positions. Career line: .267 avg, 86 hr, 259 r, 336 rbi, and a .760 ops.
